AutoGyro proudly announces the successful launch of the fastest production gyroplane in the world: Calidus 916 iS. This new generation Calidus is flying with the “impossible” Rotax engine 916 iS (160 hp) at an “impossible” new Vne of 225 km/h / 140 mph / 120 KIAS.

Last week, the aerospace players met at the world's largest and oldest aviation trade show: the 54th International Paris Air Show. From June 19 - 25, 2023, our companies from Niedersachsen also presented their innovative products and services to the international trade audience. Zusammen mit der Senatorin für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Europa und AVIASPACE BREMEN e.V. findet am 14.September ein Pitch-Event statt.

The In-flight Systems and Technology Airborne Research (ISTAR) aircraft has begun scientific operations. The focus will be on the flight mechanical and flight dynamic characteristics of the converted Dassault Falcon 2000LX. Novel sensors measure how the aircraft behaves during specific flight manoeuvres.

On 13 April, Falko Mohrs, Lower Saxony’s Minister for Science and Culture, visited the mobility cluster Research Airport in Braunschweig. For this purpose, he was a guest at Technische Universität Braunschweig and the German Aerospace Center (DLR).
